Returns
At Stadium Society, every product is made to order specifically for you.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer preference
- Ordering the wrong product
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- misprinted
- or you received the wrong product
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- damaged products
- manufacturing defects
- incorrect items sent
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
